Executive Search Consultant

Summary

This independent contractor position will manage client partner executive search processes from start to finish; this includes performing all duties to identify top candidates to successfully place a final candidate in an executive position. Specific duties include development of position descriptions, performing outreach to build a candidate pool, as well as screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Significant interactions with clients via a Search or Transition Committee will be needed to assure alignment between the position needs and the talent acquisition process. The consultant will also participate in regular Morten Group executive search team meetings as needed with other consultants as well as those during the length of the client contract with designated client staff and/or board members to discuss any updates or modifications necessary to the overall process.

This is an independent contractor position that will be paid between $125.00 - $160.00 per hour for a cap of 25 hours a month.
